In recruitment terms what we are looking for more than anything else are employees who are motivated, have lots of energy, fun to be with and who want to learn. We expect you to take responsibility for your actions and take a pride in the service you deliver.
Taking pride in what you do means being punctual, caring about your appearance and always being willing to help a customer or a colleague.

We don’t mind if you have never worked in a hotel before, as long as you are positive and enthusiastic.

Over 50, but not over the Hill

We are particularly keen to employ people who have life experience and who would enjoy the opportunity of working in a social environment that may be very different from their initial career.

Qualifications are not a priority, although important for some positions.
